Just called to see if my medication is ready. After giving my info this young lady (I do not recall her name) gave me attitude about a prescription that needed further authorization. I informed her I spoke with the doctor's office yesterday as they were the ones who called me to tell me that I was approved for this medication. Her attitude was uncalled for and not appreciated. Great pharmacy, friendly staff, curbside pickup
The store manager, Kris, needs improvement in her communication skills. She speaks to customers as if they are her employees, which comes across as condescending. When I raised a concern, two staff members acknowledged the issue and mentioned that several employees feel she often talks down to people. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location — I’d rather drive farther to receive better service.
