The store manager, Kris, needs improvement in her communication skills. She speaks to customers as if they are her employees, which comes across as condescending. When I raised a concern, two staff members acknowledged the issue and mentioned that several employees feel she often talks down to people. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location — I’d rather drive farther to receive better service.
