I can't afford the price of Semglee with insurance, so I use a downloaded a coupon from the manufacturer. I recently went to Sam's Club Pharmacy to pick it up and the coupon no longer worked, I couldn't afford to pay for it without the coupon. The Pharmacist Megan Patrick was so caring, she tried the coupon again, called the pharmaceutical to figure out the problem, only to find it was a computer glitch and they didn't know when it would be corrected. Absolutely horrible! Was told my dogs meds could easily be purchased and when I sent the script in it took over a week to get them!
Attentive and accurate service by very competent personnel. Friendly and helpful.
The pharmacist is always kind and caring! He tries to do everything possible to help you get what you are in need of. I highly recommend going to Sams club pharmacy because of him! I’ve never experienced at any other pharmacy the effort like he puts in to helping the customers.
