My son's prescription was out of stock in our Pharmacy. I called around to see who has it in stock so I can transfer his prescription. Out of all the pharmacies, Sam's Club is the only one that would not tell me if they have it in stock. What a ridiculous policy. They want the doctor's office to call. We ended up driving 5 minutes further and went to Costco.
great customer service, Julia helped me out by calling my doctor multiple times to get my meds! She went the extra mile and she didnt have to. Glad you were there to help out.
