Found out during recent eye exam eyeglasses from Sams Club were made wrong. We called and politely asked them if they would check them. We didn't even ask to have them replaced, just wanted them checked. We were they would not check them and there is nothing they will do. The representative was actually very rude. Sams Club Optical in Dublin Ohio does not stand behind their products, will not provide follow-up, and are rude if you ask for follow-up.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I visited this location twice, the first time I went at 6:10pm, because it’s advertised they close at 7 and can do exams, to get an exam just to be told by the pharmacy tech they usually leave at 6. The second time i go, surprisingly someone was there, and I was told there hasn’t been an optometrist at that location for more than 3 years and said there wasn’t a time frame in which an optometrist would be there, but also said someone was only there once a week. Very happy about the service at this location. We came to order new glasses for my son and Tatsiana was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products that she was working with. She shared the details of our insurance package to clarify the cost for frames and lenses, as well as the benefits that we can get because my son is still under the age of 18. There was no wait time and the whole process took about 10 minutes. Thank you, Tatsiana!
