They offer 1 year warranty i paid over $300 for the uv lens,scrach resistant lens all the bs they tell you to get and i said yeah i need it because i want the glasses to last a while, the lens started to peel and the lens are all scrached up and the frame broke all this started happening like a month after the warranty ended if they tell you to get all that stuff say no its only good for a year after that good luck you have to pay for another set of glasses
Mercedes, the optical department manager, showed me exceptional customer service going above and beyond my expectations. I had a problem with my Mark's member glass frame which I had bought not a long ago and she was very understanding and accommodating towards my issues and needs. She was very easygoing and pleasent helping me to understand and to fix the issue. I'll be a customer at that optical center as long as Mercedes is there because I was very well treated and know she will keep doing an amazing job for all the custo... read more
Sam's club is good, but PLEASE! Do something about these people park at pickup only spots and go inside to shop!
