I needed perscriptions for glasses and the cost were way higher at Sam's Club than Walmart Eye Center on La Cholla and Magee.

I have never used the DR in Sam's because I need a specialist for my eye condition. Instead bring the RX to Sam's Optical for frames & lens . The staff have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I have used Sam's for years, best cost around for my optical needs

I had no idea other folks had bad experiences. I had a 2p appt. I showed up 15min early, and didn't get out of there until 3p. Very unpersonable

Appt was at 12:30pm, staff is great don't get me wrong but I didn't finish till 1:50pm. 1hr+ for an eye exam and to order glasses is way to long if you ask me. I do not recommend this place, stay way from here unless you have hours to spare.

I waited 1 hour for first appointment. Had to reschedule because they kept saying that they are running behind. Second appointment, same deal. Picking up glasses, also took very long. Glasses also have a problem. So now I have to go back to exchange them. What a time wasting operation
