First time at this location, loved it except for this one worker her name tag said summer, very rude , I asked her a question and she ignored me. Wouldn't even look at me in the face just brushed me off, very unprofessional wow . Anyways another worker came up to me I think her name was Carmen, anywho she was wonderful, she answered all my questions very polite and and overall nice person.she is the only reason I will come back to order glasses and reorder..they definitely need more people like her..that other has zero custo... read more
Betel is amazing! Great help with picking frames and advising on beta pricing. I upgraded to the plus membership and the pricing was better than a glasses store I had been to. Was cautious because of the one star review but my glasses were ready early and I am thrilled!
Totally lost. Spent hours just verifying my insurance. Asked them prior to confirm lenses in-stock. Get insurance figured out and quote me 2-3 weeks! Went to Coit Rd. location. Miranda had them expedite on a Friday. I had them on Tuesday. I would avoid the N. Garland Rd. Location.
