I am livid! I bought glasses here, well lenses. They made them wrong and the lenses shattered in three places where they forced them into the frames. Now, they tell me I don’t have the warranty so they’re not covered. Went to two other optometrists and they both say the lenses were made wrong. Avoid this place like the plague!

Dr Wu is fantastic. Over the course of the year she has helped me through diagnosis of my cataract and retina detachment. Her vast knowledge, friendly and helpful advice and proper prescription has been beneficial in my eye health and care. She is currently in this location on Tuesday and Thursday. Very disappointed I bought a pair of glasses that had a sunglass magnetic option they don't sell just a separate sunglass for it you have to buy the whole combination together. It's the way Sam's club sells it is what I was told! Check before you buy anything there to make sure you don't get scammed into something like I did and they weren't honest and clear with me in the beginning! Plus the customer service needs to come a long ways!

The person prescribing your glasses has a problem. She keeps saying “don’t worry” and then when your lenses come in wrong, she says, “don’t worry.” It’s strange to tell the customer not to worry when things aren’t going as planned. I say person because this is no doctor. A doctor prescribes meds and performs critical life-saving surgeries. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
