The worse professional, she give me a glasses that I don’t need.
No issues with their Optician Thomas Kim (Very Professional), and Sam's Club pricing for glasses and contacts are great. Their office manager really has to get her act together. Always seems like she is unfocused and all over the place. I wat to bang my head in the wall whenever I call and get her on the phone. You have to repeat yourself constantly. I hope Sams Club is reading this and either gives this person more training or makes some changes.
