Had a great experience getting my eyes examined along with getting new contacts. The whole team from check in to check out was extremely friendly and helpful! All of my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly and I was also able to get a pair of glasses at a discount with being a Sam’s Club Plus member that I was unaware of. I highly recommend swinging by and having your eyes examined with this team. Very kind and helpful, every one of them! Great experience! Thank you!

Not very happy with customer service. Made an appointment a month in advance only to show up for them to tell me that they couldn’t verify my insurance. It was a Saturday and insurance office is closed so we couldn’t call. Why wait until the day of my appointment to tell me this? Verification should have happened way before my appointment and it would have given me options if I had known earlier. I live an hour away from them, so I called to get an answer to my question. I was on the phone for 5 min, none stop ringing and no one picked up during early office hours.

My child & I both see Dr. Elizabeth Crowley on a yearly basis. She is truly the best eye doctor I have found over the years. She explains & takes her time with me & my daughter. Very detailed & thoroughly explains throughout the exam. My daughter feels very comfortable every year. This will be our 3 rd year returning to see her. We also purchase at least 4 pair of yearly. 2 for me & 2 for my daughter. The staff is amazing as well.
