I used their services and my glasses frame was horrible, all scratched and faded, when I picked up. Was it worn? I tried to move on but I can’t get myself to wear those frame. Gave it to them brand new, never worn. Received frame with scratches and gold metal faded on both (in)side. I had to call after ten days before they sent a message on same day after my call to pick up. Very disheartening!
They never pick up their calls. I have called their direct lines multiple times and also got transferred from Sam's club main line and they did not. Horrible customer service.
Horrible call service, no one picks up even during open hours. I've tried calling multiple times but no responce.
Great service. Very knowledgeable! Loved my glasses!
