They never pick up their calls. I have called their direct lines multiple times and also got transferred from Sam's club main line and they did not. Horrible customer service.
Horrible call service, no one picks up even during open hours. I've tried calling multiple times but no responce.

The service was horrible! The food court took forever and forgot our order! On top of that, they shorted us our change money! Never in our 14 years of having our Sam’s membership has we have service this horrible!!!
