Great service. Very knowledgeable! Loved my glasses!
The service was horrible! The food court took forever and forgot our order! On top of that, they shorted us our change money! Never in our 14 years of having our Sam’s membership has we have service this horrible!!!
cafeteria Very long and boring waiting in line The workers are few, slow, and careless, no matter how many customers are in the line. That is the store manager's problem he has to assign more people to help the customer.
Valeria assisted me when I came in to retrieve my glasses. She made sure the proper adjustments were made and made the process smooth despite how close to closing time I came in. She was very kind and helpful.
