So I scheduled an appointment 10am for a Thursday and they told me that I would have to be rescheduled a for a sooner date because the doctor was out of office. So I end up being flexible and do so and they put me in for 2:30pm today. It is 3:44pm and I just got skipped by a 3pm appointment as I was waiting for my mom and my younger brother to get done beforehand. I get immediate appointments when I have eye problems. Both Doctors are great. I always get thorough eye exams. I don't typically have to wait more than 5 or 10 min, even as an acute appointment.
