Paid for the scratch coating on my lenses and got a scratch and was told that I didn’t take out the extended warranty and that they’re only guaranteed 60 days. They are just bifocals that I don’t have to wear all the time and I’ve never bought the coding on any other pair of glasses I’ve owned, and they’ve never scratched. The lady kept showing me the pamphlet on the warranty and I told her that’s not doing me any good now. So if you have to buy the warranty even with the Sam’s card, you might as well go elsewhere.
