Abraham in optical was rude when calling in to schedule appointment. He blatantly hung up the phone on me mid conversation. Horrible customer service on his behalf
Optometrist Mary is definitely 5 stars. Went next door to order my contacts and 2 pair of glasses. Had to wait a few days for orders to come back since they didnt have my contact lens prescription available and my glasses had to be sent out. Everything was fine until pick up I was helped by a women named Jessica very unprofessional didnt even go over my prescription and boxes handed to me I had to go confirm I had the correct one on y own once I arrived to my home. I had a GREAT experience going here. I got a same day appt and the entire appt only took about 10 minutes. Sent next door (Still inside Sam's) for my lenses and frames and I now have the best glasses I've ever had. I can see everything and I got 20% off with my Plus membership.
