Dr. Pham was great but the man who worked the front for the glasses frames was absolutely horrible. My wife and I walked in to look at glasses and he started yelling at us as we walked out saying sorry. All we did is look at their frames right before it opened. And he had the nerve to make a backhanded comment toward us as we are walking away. Saying "I thought the boundaries would tell you that." I’ll never go to this optometrist. The Dr may be decent but the staff that works there makes it so not worth it. I was shopping today and saw a young couple looking at glasses when one of the staff members just started going off on them. I’m not exactly sure what started it all but I suspect they were just there before the center was “open”. Whatever the issue, treating customers like that is never okay.
