I bought glasses which broke. The Bentonville Sam's club said Springdale had a pair I could get as a replacement. Within a day of Springdale entering my personal information into their system, I got message from my credit monitoring agency that my cell phone was now on the dark web due to "A vendor for a glass manufacturer". I purchased my glasses here a couple years ago. I didn’t have any major issues other than receiving a random bill about a month after I purchased and picked up glasses saying I owed an additional $6. I thought it was silly, but I paid it. My husband went to get his here today because of the convenience of walk-in appointments. They charge way more than we should be paying with insurance. Worst glasses buying experience ever here, which is a shocker considering that members pay to access the services of this place. I strongly considered cancelling my Sam’s membership after my experience. I walked in at 6:20pm on a weekday to purchase a second pair of prescription glasses. They already had the drawers counted down and put away and told me they could only accept card payments. Fyi, they close at 7pm on weekdays.
