Didn't not accept digital copy of contact prescription. They said they need a paper copy and to have my doctors office fax it over. My doctors office is closed on the weekend. They didn't seem to care and didn't give me my contacts.
Went in for eye exam and new frames. I have insurance and gave them my card. I called before to see if they were in network etc. The doctor( Brad) said he does not bill Davis Vision. Sams rep. we don't bill. So I put everything on card to get reimbursed later. Called insurance and doctor can bill Blue Cross under medical exam. To his credit he left a message and said he would and than send a check. Problem is with Sams rep. We can't summit or bill Davis once the process is done. The lady working said she just started and didn't know how to do anything, and that we would have to come back another time when another employee is working. What the heck?
They do not answer the phone. Called all day. Let the phone ring three minutes at a time..
