Maddie is a sweetheart and was super helpful during my purchase. She kept me informed about a delay with one pair of glasses. Overall, I would gladly recommend to visit her!

So I usually for years I have had nothing bad to say about this place and the Technician Kim is amazing, although today was a different story. So I went in to get my contacts that were allready ordered last month and the place is temporarily closed. The sign said if you have allready ordered something one of the associates would be able to get it for you so call the number they left at the desk. I could not be happier with my experience at Sam's Club Optical. I had my eye exam there complete with dilation for only $79.00. My old doctor charged me $200 for the same exam. My RX was spot on and it was like lifting a veil when I put on my new glasses. I had never experienced such clear vision with my old glasses. The Opticians were fantastic as well. They helped me try on so many pairs of frames until I found a pair I loved. The prices were about 1/3 of what I had paid for my last pair and that included the thin, light ... read more

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my prescription glasses so decided to call around to get estimate. I was advised by a member of their staff that the time frame from order to delivery was better than others. The optometrist was wonderful.but the actual Sam club optical staff was horrible. Not only was the time frame way off but they even came in wrong.
