Best eye place ive ever been too. The staff is absolutely great
Whoever sits outside at that desk is unprofessional and lacks proper customer service training. She also gave me conflicting information than what was on the website. I highly recommend you avoid coming here.
If I could give a zero I would. I have never had such a terrible experience. Dr. Clark is the most unprofessional eye doctor. He was rude, arrogant and uncomfortable to be around. He was extremely creepy towards me and I was very uncomfortable. He made multiple comments that no doctor should EVER say to a patient, especially a female patient. On 10/9/24, I had my first Optical exam with Sam's Club I saw Dr Clark and his assistant. Both excellent. I was an ELC-Eye Laser Center RN in a big hospital For 9.5 years of my 33 year career. Believe me I knew what to expect. Dr Clark's exam of my eyes were excellent as he went above and beyond the scope of his practice to make sure my eyes are healthy! I give zero stars but had to mark 1. The ONLY reason I went here was due to insurance. NEVER, I mean NEVER again. My glasses could never be adjusted properly. I was back several times (it is several miles from my home) in the first 30 days. The guarantee was a joke. They would not replace the glasses. The Dr never once talked to me looking at me (rude).
