"I've never encountered such service from a doctor with such a poor bedside manner. Dr. Christina Ulrich, OD acted as if performing an eye exam was a favor rather than her job. Her ability to listen along with her customer service skills could use significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience took place at the Chesterfield Sam’s Club, which is otherwise a great store. However, my family will be seeking eye care elsewhere in the future."
I am cancelling my membership after visiting this store. I had to ask for help 3 times to get age verification for purchasing wine while checking out, and was openly disrespected by one employee for asking for help. I have had nothing but negative experiences with Sam's Club. It's not worth the aggravation when Costco is the same price and less stress
