Thought I made an appointment there, greeted by an employee that was rude. No one here would’ve made you an appointment on a Friday. Ok I know I called here, no you didn’t . Instead of trying to help me figure out what happened she was completely rude and acted annoyed from the start. Def won’t go there now!
So 2 months ago was here to get my mom's contacts and stood at the desk for 10 min before the lady looked up from her cell phone to help us (we originally thought she was busy on her computer doing work but no) and today we get here to get my contacts and there is a sign saying they're out for lunch and will be back at 1:15 but it's now almost 2 and the Sam's Club manager can't find anyone from the optical department thank you to the manager that gave us a gift card for out inconvenience but this was still VERY BAD service
