Oddly hostile interaction with the receptionist/tech(?) who blamed me for my file being hard to locate due to me not seeing/correcting an error **that the staff handwrote themselves** it's a little baffling that a patient coming in with vision problems is expected to proof read your notes
Purchased glasses and the frames broke within a week. Now, certainly they don’t make the frames not there fault but I took them back for a new pair and my order sat in their back room for two weeks prior to sending out for new frames. A year has gone by and the frames have broken three times. These were not cheap frames either. I believe I should’ve been offered a new pair at no cost but that wasn’t the case.
