Do not recommend. Terrible customer service. They don’t even acknowledge that you are standing g there. The optometrist lacked personality and the prescription she gave me was wrong and I had to go to another doctor.
Literally been here for hours they just talk and talk about random stuff with guest that a line forms. They always mess up the positioning of the frames. Do nottttt recommend so bad. I’m shocked on how unprofessional they are!!
Worse experience- woman Optometrist had such a lack of personality and didn't explain anything she was doing thru procedure, my husband needed more in depth eye dr. But would never recommend this place based on lack of personality and communication.
Wanted to give a shout out to Janet and Denise. They were so amazing. Going above and beyond to help me find my glasses that fit and looked just right! They not only let me model many styles but gave me honest opinions about every pair I tried on. I mean hey, sometimes you need a girls opinion! I also showed up early to pick up my glasses and they fit me right in. Thank you ladies, keep up the good work!
I stopped in today for new eyeglasses. Lisa greeted me promptly and was helpful with gathering my information. I then met with Gary the optician. He was also very kind, knowledgeable and even took the time to help me select frames that suited my face. I was very satisfied with the customer service and the prices too. Thanks
