Have called repeatedly for an exam and without even a pause I am always immediately met with a “nope we don’t have anything”. If I can get a reply out of them, they always say to make an appointment a month out if not longer. Absolutely ridiculous.
The glasses were unusable, blurry and crooked.
I have now had two pair of glasses from Sam’s become an unusable, blurry mess, apparently after being left in a hot car. I switched to sunglasses and left my normal glasses in the car while enjoying a day of kayaking, only to find my lenses had ‘melted’ into wavy, smeary lines that I couldn’t see through to drive home. Great eye doc but the rest of the staff won't even acknowledge your presence. It's actually amazing their ability to ignore you entirely.
Thank you, Scott! You changed my quality of life in a matter of minutes. I can not thank you enough. I can now go to work without so much anxiety because I cannot see.
