The guy Troy with 23 yrs experience what a rude individual. Not only was he, but the other guy unpacking boxes was throwing papers on the floor when he had to help with the line of customers. I have ordered from Sams Optical for years, never had a issue till now. When Troy asked if I had insurance and then rolled his eyes when I Said I was self pay and thanked me because he said he didn't want to have to do the insurance? Wow, if you don't like your job go somewhere else. Like I am doing with my business.
