told me my head is too big for frames, pulled my insurance benefits but were too lazy to release them and made me call my insurance company after they sent me elsewhere.
Y'all clearly need to hire someone to answer phone calls. 3 calls spaced out over a 3 hour period, all just ring for 3 minutes.
Friendly doctor but the service is bad. They have no email address and no voice-mail, so if you call and no one is at the desk you just have to keep calling. When you schedule an appointment, they don't provide you with a confirmation email and they don't even bother calling you a few days out as a reminder either.

This is by FAR the best optical experience I've had in nearly a decade. The eye doctor and staff here are phenomenal. Haven't been able to see this clearly in 8 years or more.
