I felt hurt and deceived when they signed-me up for eyeglass insurance without my knowledge or approval. I had to return to get the $24.99 charge reversed. I'll never go back.
I've been coming to Sam's for glasses for a long time now and have not had any issues until now. Unfortunately, whatever prescription they gave me was not correct and even after a week of wearing them, my eyes did not adjust. I ended up getting a new eye exam with Clarkson Eyecare because something felt off, and the prescription they gave me was actually correct.
