Our experience was less than ok, I was ignored for the first 15 minutes and then when she finally noticed I was waiting she said oh sorry I'll be with you in a minute I have to text my son ...minutes later she asked how she could help! I'll be shocked and surprised if my glasses come in right! Very aggravating!
Michael in the vision center was both extremely kind and knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations and prioritized what was best for me. Thanks Michael!
They need to be better at costumer service. Two workers were rude when I called this morning. First the old man hang on me and then the woman that works there was giving attitude
