My experience at the Sam’s Optical in Bentonville was exceptional. I was cleaning fish and my old pair of glasses fell right off my face and into the river. Went to Sam’s to get a replacement. The new manager was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Scott helped me find the right glasses to fit my face comfortably as well as choose a style that I liked that didn’t break the bank.
