I ordered a new pair of glasses today and had a great experience with the optical team. All are friendly, helpful, humble and knowledgeable. Brittany was extremely accommodating and I felt like I was in capable hands from beginning to end. I brought in a pair of glasses that I really thought was beyond help (metal leg completely bent and about to break off) and Scott Campbell worked his magic and I’m able to wear them again! I really expected to be pressured to buy a new pair so I was pleasantly surprised. Scott was efficient, professional, and very personable. Great job!
