Very dissatisfied with service. Employees were more worried about placing a lunch order than helping a patient. Employees didn't seem to know how to use or understand how to check a patients eye insurance and ended up being charged for the price of exams. Their glasses and contacts are not covered under insurance and was not told prior to appointment.
Got a excellent eye exam almost a year ago. At altoona sam, Had to go back 3 times to get glasses right. 1st was wrong prescription 2nd was progressive lens were in wrong 3rd got it right, staff was anointed with me at this point. So i told them they were fine.. i adjusted them myself.got scratches on the lens tryed to order new lens "their company wasn't making glasses now" i get it covid ... They would let me know when they were. A buddy told me he got his replaced so stopped in and they were.... they ordered them they cam... read more
Dr. Lombardo is very nice, but I have been waiting on my scripts to be faxed to me for the past four weeks. I called the middle of October as well as the beginning of November and still have not received them.
My family has used Sam’s Club optical for years. Dr. Lombardo is top shelf and staff is very responsive!
