I went in to get my glasses adjusted, I gave them to the girl and i watched her snap my glasses in front of me, she ran to the back. A glasses adjustment was only supposed to last 5 minutes. I ended up being in here for over than hour because she switched my glasses and tried lying to me about it. She shaved down my lens to make the fix a smaller frame. The optometrist was very nice and thorough, but the billing has been an absolute joke. Sams Optical did not code correctly when submitting to our insurance. After much time and many phone calls, I THOUGHT we had it sorted it out about six months after our initial visit. Six months later (a year after our visit) Sams' billing sends us another invoice for the same charges that should have been settled back in May.
