The optometrist was very nice and thorough, but the billing has been an absolute joke. Sams Optical did not code correctly when submitting to our insurance. After much time and many phone calls, I THOUGHT we had it sorted it out about six months after our initial visit. Six months later (a year after our visit) Sams' billing sends us another invoice for the same charges that should have been settled back in May.
