Dropped off my frames to get new lenses. Penny was amazing, extremely helpful. Received a text to pick up the glasses once they were ready, text said they close at 7pm. Got to the optical center at 6pm, waited about 10 minutes, no one was in the optical center and there was no sign up saying “out to lunch”. The employees and the coach at the customer service desk noticed no one had helped me yet and began looking for the optical employee. My son had his eye exam here today. Penny was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Roney was fantastic. All the staff are amazing and made him feel very comfortable. Thank you all so much

I always have the best experience with the staff at the Sam club’s optical department. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always always willing to help. I brought a pair of frames in with me to have my lenses removed from another pair of glasses and put into The new frames. They gladly took them to the back room. I brought in a prescription from another optical place I was having issues with. Elbrea (I hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful & went above & beyond to get my contacts ordered. Knowing I was in a hurry for them, she noted on my order to call me ASAP. This young lady is an asset to Sam's Club. She is very professional, kind & I will come here from now on.
