Tiffany is the definition of excellent customer service. I was blown away by the help I received. I purchased glasses from another store that didn’t fit correctly, so I stopped by Sam’s Club to purchase a new pair. She took a look at my glasses, and fixed them so I wouldn’t have to purchase a new pair. When I need new glasses I will be going back to Sam’s to get amazing care from Tiffany, I could not be happier!
As a long time Sams Club member, I noticed the lighting in the optical area has changed to be brighter and inviting, more comfortable to select new frames. I readily noticed that every team member was engaging and helpful. They answered all my questions throughly and took time, dedicated to me, without interruption even when the department was busy. called in to see if there were able to put prescription lenses in my meta glasses. came in and went to talk to the bobbie and right away was disrespectful. i told her i was talking with someone on the phone and she immediately just looked disgusted. went to sit and discussed about the estimate. as i was showing her my prescription on my phone she aggressively hands me my phone and said turn the brightness up. that’s when i knew i had to leave. after hearing all the estimate i kindly told her that i will come back again and s... read more
Tiffany was amazing! She helped me pick out new frames, something that I always dread. She explained why this frame is best for my face, too. When I picked up my glasses, she gave me tips about adjusting to a new prescription that I never knew and I have worn glasses all my life! Tiffany is not only knowledgeable, she is super personable too. I highly recommend this optical!
