Tiffany was amazing! She helped me pick out new frames, something that I always dread. She explained why this frame is best for my face, too. When I picked up my glasses, she gave me tips about adjusting to a new prescription that I never knew and I have worn glasses all my life! Tiffany is not only knowledgeable, she is super personable too. I highly recommend this optical!
Recently purchased new glasses. Tiffany provided excellent assistance. She recommended the right size and style, clearly listened, explained options and did not pressure to buy most expensive lenses. Best customer service I have received in years(i have worn glasses since infancy). Highly recommend.
Absolutely abysmal customer service via phone. No HIPPAA compliance as opticians were discussing patients LOUDLY while on the phone. Placed on “hold” but not silenced.
Karla and Mary were the best!!.. They replaced my glasses in 5 minutes. Emergency over!! Give these ladies a pay increase! Exceptional service!!
I used this optical center for the past 20 years, it was my place to get prescription glasses. No more! They don't have the same high quality lenses and the service is not what it use to be. I went in because the glasses that I previously ordered and the contact lenses didn't help me see clearly. She looked up my prescription and said because it was almost a year ago, the Dr. would probably charge me to do the exam again. I believe the prescription is wrong.
