I've been going to Sam's Club Optical for years. All of the staff has always been great. Always welcoming and helpful. The doctors as well. I buy both contacts and glasses.
I am a long time client of sams club optical in Williamstown. I agree that Jackie is awesome and the staff there are great. HOWEVER, I just called for an appointment with the new doctor and found out EVERYONE must pay OUT OF POCKET as the new doctor does NOT accept insurance. I asked the worker, not Jackie if they were going to let their loyal clients know this significant change and I was told it was to much work to call their loyal clients. I went here and was greeted by Jaclyn / Jackie. I had a prescription for both reading and distance. She checked my insurance and I only had $50 coverage. She was very helpful and went way beyond to help me decide what to do and found a $50 pair of frames for me. I went with the readers and thanks to Jackie she found a nice pair of reading glasses for me that was within my budget. I have been using Sam's Opitical for at least 15 years. I love Dr. Ray (pardon my name for him) it is long, and I don't want to mess it up. Since I first met Dr., he has given me perfect vision with his prescriptions from day one. I get my glasses, and there is NO getting used to them they are perfect from the minute I pick them up.
