Took a pair of glasses in to see if they could tighten one of the arms up a bit, the lady handling them was extremely rough and completely broke them. I went in for her to help fix them and she destroyed them.

2 years ago when I purchased glasses I was being overcharged $50 and caught it and they said oh the computer didn't take off your co payment. Just purchased glasses once again yesterday. Guess what ? Same thing. Either the computer software is updated or something ain't right here. Use caution and make sure they are charging you correctly.
