Ordered glasses and Jesika entered wrong prescription for me. She entered the wrong numbers and blamed my eye doctor for sending wrong RX to them. Then she asked me what I wanted her to do about it and was I sure I could t see out of the lense. She kept asking what do you want me to do? I said well, what do you want to do, I cannot see out of this, it is wrong. She kept saying, I don’t know what’s wrong? Then eventually she said, oh I figured it out and acted very odd, like it was the prescription was sent to her wrong.
I asked a simple question: “Do you have an investigation for dry eyes?” Jesika replied, “Why are you asking me about it?” It's not an optical center, just an eyeglasses shop
