I didn't have a good experience. I rather pay more and have a good experience. I needed a 2nd pair of glasses and I went on a Saturday. I asked for what I wanted and when I looked at my receipt insurance was added. The person told me nothing of any specials etc. TODAY, I get a text at 6:19PM that my glasses are ready for pick up and that they are open until 7PM. I am not far so I rush over to pick them up. The appointment went well. The only challenge is that they do NOT open on time. Late by 5 minutes, 7 minutes, whichever suits. It can be a bit frustrating when your on time for said meet.
Ridiculously long lines. Walked in saw lines halfway down the aisles and left.
