Purchased glasses in Nov ‘24. Optical Rep ran my insurance & gave me the balance. I paid. Fast forward to July ‘25 & I received a bill for over $200. When asking why I was being charged an additional $200, 8 months later, the Optical Manager told me that “sometimes this happens … what we tell you about insurance coverage may change after the fact”. How is this in any way acceptable ? My family is done with Sam’s Optical & I will pass this terrible experience on to everybody.
Honestly the worst option for eyecare in the area they will charge you and it takes weeks to months to arrive ( if it ever arrives at all )to the point that you have to call at least once a week and they can only say sorry every time and not really fix an issue don’t even waste your time going here and save yourself from even being charged and not get the product at all definitely not worth it to come here at all !!!!
I have ordered 4 pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical in Jefferson City, Missouri. The attendants have ALWAYS been helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The glasses are durable and accurate. They have lasted for about 4 years.

Dr. Morris was efficient and practical. Was able to get a same-day appt and walk out in under 30 minutes with my new eyes.
