I called to confirm that they accept a certain health plan. I spoke to Carmen and she asked for all of this information but was poor at explaining why she needed it. She did eventually say she needed to confirm if it was in network. I explained that they are in network and it’s on the insurance’s website. And I just wanted to confirm that Sam club vision will accepted it due to a lot of places are on the website but stopped accepting the insurance.
