Super helpful & super fast in repairing my glasses! There wasn’t a line, so I was helped immediately. They were a godsend while I was on vacation!
I have been standing here at the optical center for over 5 minutes where the tech can see me and not once did she even look at me or say that she will be with me soon! This is my lunch break and all I need is to pick up my contacts. Worst customer service!
No corporate customer support, not happy with your purchase? Oh well! All links and searches take you to your local optical, local optical keep bending my glass frames to fix the unfixable. I honestly don't have time to drive to Sam's every week, in order to readjust the soft metal frames; I am reduced to wearing my old prescription glasses.
