The most uncaring untrained uneducated staff at any optical department at best apathetic to any needs. Please never take any optical needs to Sam’s Club even with low expectations. You will be very disappointed.
I have never had such outstanding service. I was unable to come inside because i have severe COPD. So my daughter asked if she could just pick them up. Rita asked if she could come out to my car, where she adjusted my new glasses and sent me on my way. What a wonderful employee. Someone please put her in for a raise
The customer service provided was great! Rita helped me order contacts and made the entire process incredibly quick and easy! Great experience!
Today is the second time I've come, this week, during business hours and no one was here. Why is no one here?
Work fast. But RUTH has terrible customer service.
