The associate was busy with another customer. We waited about 40 minutes. The manager came in on his off day to shop the store. He clocked in and immediately helped me with my glasses. He explained everything and helped me make choices. He was very professional and personable. This level of customer service is rarely seen these days. Jason went above and beyond. I highly recommend him. Thank you Jason.
