Unbelievable long wait for service. Not worth the discount! Customer ahead of me has been continuously serviced since 1pm. I arrived at 3:15 and told to return after 20 minutes, and it is now 4:27.....finally waited on and he gets on a phone call....🤦🏻♀️
I just tried calling the Deptford Sam’s Club Optical Center 3 times within 5 minutes (11 A.M. on 1/5/21) . Each time I called, I would get the automated system for the first 5-10 seconds and then I would hear the phone being picked up and immediately get hung up on. If the employee answering the phone was busy, I would of been more than happy to be put on hold.
