I’m sorry but this place has the WORST customer service. Their optometrist decided to whip out her phone and scroll TikTok instead of answering my question about the paperwork proceeding to ignore me about it completely. The older lady at the optical part was rude when I called and unwelcoming in person. She almost refused us saying our health insurance wouldn’t work there until I made her look it up in front of us. I ordered two pairs of glasses, reading and safety, paid for both but only received one pair because the man up front with the cane messed up my order.

For a membership that I pay for the store has no Optometrists.So I can't even get a eye examination.

I will never use Sam’s Club optical again. We had to get new lenses for our sons glasses and both women who work in the optical at the Greeley location were so rude to my husband and I simply because we weren’t wearing masks. They had helped us before Covid and were nice and now they’re just rude and condescending. I would never recommend them to family or friends.

Bill, Peggy and Dana are all friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me with picking out a frame. Sam’s club progressives lenses are top notch.
