I ordered two pairs of glasses, reading and safety, paid for both but only received one pair because the man up front with the cane messed up my order.
For a membership that I pay for the store has no Optometrists.So I can't even get a eye examination.
I will never use Sam’s Club optical again. We had to get new lenses for our sons glasses and both women who work in the optical at the Greeley location were so rude to my husband and I simply because we weren’t wearing masks. They had helped us before Covid and were nice and now they’re just rude and condescending. I would never recommend them to family or friends.
Bill, Peggy and Dana are all friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me with picking out a frame. Sam’s club progressives lenses are top notch.
I will never use the Sams Club optical department ever again. I will also encourage friends, family and anyone interested in going for eye exams to go somewhere else. To begin, the Optician is extremely condescending and does not explain his process. He is best suited to be a mortician. There are two women that work here. Peggy and Dana. Peggy is very friendly and helpful. Dana on the other hand is the complete opposite, she reminds me of an old racist alcoholic.
