Please train your technicians / staff on the basics of being courteous to potential customers. The lady at the desk very rudely stared us down the entire time we were looking at the glasses. Tried to direct us to a different section the minute I picked up a pair and aggressively clicked her pen and watched us the entire 3 minutes we looked with her arms crossed. Wonderful service! We walked in needing replacement glasses for a broken frame. We were helped right away. The 2 females working were friendly and knowledgeable. My son’s glasses arrived sooner than expected too.

This was the worst experiance I have ever had. The Optrometrist was a nightmare and the equipment needs replacing. While he was asking me to put my chin and head in the optical thing , it kept moving and the chair I was sitting in wasn't high or low enough to comfortanly put my head on the machine. They also never sanitized any of the equipment. I don't feel like I got a proper report! I do not recommend this place!

This review is for the optical center. I had my eyes examined by the Dr by appointment he was short and to the point and that's fine. I needed new frames as well and was told AFTER my exam that I needed an appointment to pick out frames. They were busy so I was understanding and made one for the next day at 1pm. I showed up at 1255pm and stood there and waited until 130pm for someone to show up from their break!
