Super friendly professional & the women who work at this Sam's optical are just the best" wife & i used to go to a different optical store and they were the worst But from the fist time I went to Sam's optical Greenville my wife & I found our eye glass 1 stop shopping location the manager Erika has always gone above & beyond to be helpful always finds time for cleanings adjustments and and eye related questions of mine & wife's glasses thank you team optical at Sam's Greenville.

Please train your technicians / staff on the basics of being courteous to potential customers. The lady at the desk very rudely stared us down the entire time we were looking at the glasses. Tried to direct us to a different section the minute I picked up a pair and aggressively clicked her pen and watched us the entire 3 minutes we looked with her arms crossed. Wonderful service! We walked in needing replacement glasses for a broken frame. We were helped right away. The 2 females working were friendly and knowledgeable. My son’s glasses arrived sooner than expected too.

This was the worst experiance I have ever had. The Optrometrist was a nightmare and the equipment needs replacing. While he was asking me to put my chin and head in the optical thing , it kept moving and the chair I was sitting in wasn't high or low enough to comfortanly put my head on the machine. They also never sanitized any of the equipment. I don't feel like I got a proper report! I do not recommend this place!
