The staff are fabulous and friendly people. They are so very patient with their customers, it warmed my heart to see that! The prices for the glasses are beyond amazing for someone not wanting to sell a kidney to pay for a new pair of glasses or someone on a fixed income. I brought my prescription with me from my eye doctor’s office and quickly found a pair of name brand frames with progressive lenses that comes with a 1 year guarantee…. For $115 out of pocket! First and last time using Sam's Club Optical Center. Had an eye exam on June 21, 2023 and picked out my new frames that day. I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for my glasses to come in and that I would receive a phone call and text message letting me know they were in. On business day number 10 i call the Optical Center and no one answered. That same day, I had to go to Sam's Club to pick up dog food so I stopped by the Optical Center to check to see if my glasses where in. The tech that "checked" was rude and a... read more
