Dana and Corey are incredible. They helped me out and took care of me as a customer. They came up with a few solutions to a tricky safety glasses situation I had! Thanks for the help yall.
Today I purchased a pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical. I have been a regular customer for several years because of their great prices and customer service. Dana has been the optician to help me for several years now. She always has a pleasant attitude and her honest feedback has been very helpful in choosing my eyewear.
The wonderful team at the Smas club optical did a wonderful job getting me the best set of glasses. The service is to notch and they really care for their clients! Thank you so much.
The manager Cory is a great person to deal with, however the blonde woman in that center has to be the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in her position. Three occasions I have tried to deal with her and was furious before we even got started. Each time insinuating that I intentionally damaged my glasses and had attitude before we even had a chance to discuss the issues. I cannot see without my glasses, so why would I do that. I will never use Sam’s optical again due to this.
