Got in within one week. Doctor did a through job and exam. Glasses were a reasonable price!
I went to the ophthalmologist at Sams club because i had been before in the past .I was given the exam results. I had to join Sams club and pay $100 to get a discount glasses so i opted to go to lenscrafters. Lenscrafters made them with the Sams prescription but the prescription was all wrong . So i went back to Sams and got retested and took the revised eye exam prescription back to lenscrafters who thought it was still wrong but made the lenses again .When they were made a second time they were still wrong??? Made an appointment one week ago to see the Dr. showed up today at 11:48 for a 12:00 appointment. When I walked in I was told the Dr didn’t show up today. After cancelling MY appointments to come in all I got was an “I’m sorry”. When I asked why wasn’t I called I was told “I forgot. It’s my fault, I’m sorry”. Pretty unprofessional.
