This is the third pair of glasses that we've ordered from Sam's. First one was seamless. The second order they never notified us they were in and ready for pickup. The third was a doozy. Cancelled the order, refilled but it was never received, reordered and the glasses never came, fourth time I got the glasses without half the stuff I ordered. This place is not worth your effort because they won't try.
Michael from optical stated he is the manager from optical. He was very rude over the phone. I have used this facility over the last few years. And i have never had someone as disrespectful as he was over the phone. When i asked to speak to store manager. He had me on hold for 5 min.The manager Joel came on the phone and was no better then he was. If you use this facility do not deal with Michael.
