Dr. Gaskins was very pleasant on my first interaction. When I called to tell them they converted my contact Rx wrong it was an instant change of tune. All of a sudden they didn’t have an appointment open for 3 months. I compared all my past Rx and she put 10 for both my right and left axis when the left was 10 but the right was 170 (on the opposite side of 10). An honest mistake if you are in a rush but to not admit your mistake and then be rude about it is very unprofessional.
