Kait is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me get contact lenses before I left on a trip. She made the process so easy and was delightful to work with. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Cait is excellent at her job. We have really enjoyed working with her. I am not an easy person to get glasses to work right on and she has been kind and patient and helpful. Give her a raise! She deserves it!!
Bad customer service they are on the phone and they don’t care about customer I ask questions they didn’t want to answer my questions I went other optical
I get my glasses here at the beginning of every year as soon as insurance kicks in! Staff is very competent and are always happy to help adjust my glasses when I sleep on them!
I see so much better thanks to Kait and Cadie. The other lady was super rude though to be honest. Love this place though
