I get my glasses here at the beginning of every year as soon as insurance kicks in! Staff is very competent and are always happy to help adjust my glasses when I sleep on them!
I see so much better thanks to Kait and Cadie. The other lady was super rude though to be honest. Love this place though
Best in South Jordan! Kaitlin was fast, friendly and super nice! People need to stop leaving bad reviews about this place the ladies are working really hard to make sure we're happy they all definitely care about their jobs!
I had made a decision a year ago to never purchase contacts here again...and then I did. Never again! I gave them another chance, which I regret. I ordered my contacts and was told they would come in about a week. I called after two weeks and was told they were coming in slow...many orders were. The third week I called...still not there. They said they would follow up "great idea"! I got a follow up phone call saying their lab didn't even provide them! How long could this of gone on? Optical center went above and beyond (Kate!) to get my daughter's eye prescription filled. Too much to explain here.
